Research use only

All Peprive products are offered solely for legitimate laboratory research and analytical purposes by qualified persons and organizations. Products are not for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, prevention of disease, or any other use outside their labeled research purpose. Peprive does not provide medical, veterinary, dosing, or treatment advice.

You are responsible for verifying product suitability, lawful possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal. You must not misbrand, relabel, resell, market, or use any Peprive product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling or applicable law.

Product information and documentation

Product listings, photographs, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. Product documentation, including batch-specific records where made available, is provided for the associated research product and should be evaluated by the purchaser before use. We may correct errors, cancel affected orders, or limit quantities when necessary.

Orders, pricing, and fulfillment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Peprive may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, compliance concerns, or inability to fulfill. Prices and shipping charges may change before an order is submitted. Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy are incorporated into these Terms.

No warranties; limitation of liability

Peprive disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
