Shipping availability

Peprive currently ships only to valid delivery addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or destinations outside the United States at this time.

Shipping charges

Standard Shipping is $9.95 for contiguous U.S. orders under $125. Orders totaling $125 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free standard shipping. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Order processing and delivery

Orders are processed after payment and may be subject to review. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. When an order is handed to the carrier, we will provide shipment confirmation when available. We may use USPS or another carrier selected by Peprive.

If we cannot ship an order within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days when no time is stated, we will contact the customer with options to accept a delay or cancel the unshipped portion of the order for a prompt refund.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@peprive.shop as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

For an order that appears damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact support@peprive.shop within 72 hours of delivery with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the package and products when applicable. We will review the report and work toward an appropriate resolution.
